3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch Time: All products are shipped within 1 day of order placement.

  • Delivery: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. CyclesCart is not responsible for delays caused by external courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Bicycles and Cycle Accessories (Final Sale)

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All sales of bicycles and cycle accessories are strictly final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these products under any circumstances.

Toy Products (Defect-Only Policy)

  • Manufacturing Defects Only: For toy products, we only provide exchanges or refunds if the item is delivered with a manufacturing defect.

  • No Personal Preference Returns: We do not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds for toy products due to personal dislike, change of mind, style/design preference, or any other personal reason.

  • Reporting Window & Video Requirement: To be eligible for a defect claim on a toy product, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The customer must also provide a continuous parcel-opening video that clearly captures the manufacturing defect.

  • Pickup Service: If a valid defect claim is approved for a toy product within the 24-hour timeframe, we will arrange a complimentary pickup service.

  • Condition of Item: Any toy product sought to be exchanged or refunded due to a defect must remain unused, with all original packaging and labels intact. Products found to be used, altered in any form, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible.

5. Privacy Policy (Data Collection & Use)

  • Information We Collect: When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address, to fulfill the order.

  • How We Use Your Data: We use your information to process transactions, arrange for shipping, provide customer support, and, with your consent, send promotional emails about new store products or updates.
